When contacting us, please state in your ticket what the problem is and try to include as much useful information as possible, such as what concert is it and/or what kind of payment method you try to use. Our Support team will than reach out to you as soon as possible.

Tip: When contacting us about a bug or error related to purchases, please provide a screenshot of the problem and/or error message so that we can investigate the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
