Purchased the wrong timezone Print

We know that timezones can be confusing. Please follow the steps below to change to the timezone you prefer.


1. Go to our Help Desk.

2. Raise a ticket here specifying the following information.

  • Your email (we need it to identify the account).
  • The show you would like to have changed.
  • The time(zone) you prefer.


Our Helpdesk will send you an email with the show confirmation in the desired timezone. Enjoy!
