• Bancontact (available to On Air customers in Belgium).
• iDEAL (available to On Air customers in The Netherlands).

Apple Pay | Shop Pay | Google Pay:

If you plan on using Apple Pay, Shop Pay or Google Pay as a payment method here at On Air, please make sure that the email address of your payment method is the same as the email address you will be using at On Air. 

Using different email accounts will create a new account at On Air based on the email address of the payment method. Therefore make sure the email account you are using for On Air is the same as the email you are using for Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. If this is not the case please consider:

- To change the email address of your payment method:

- or to use another payment method.  

In case you have already purchased something with Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Google Pay using a different email than the email you used for registering with On Air. As a result you are unable to access the content, please contact our helpdesk.
