How to request a refund for shows bought through Apple, Google or Amazon?
For shows that have been purchased via the apps the refunds will be handled by the Apple App store, the Google Play store or Amazon appstore depending on your OS:

How to request a refund for shows bought through the On Air website?
1. Please email us.
2. Include the following information in your email:
- Your email (we need it to identify the account)
- The show you would like to receive a refund for.
- The reason you are requesting your refund.
