How can I request a refund?

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund (granted the reason meets the event T&C’s).  

Shows brought through the On Air mobile and TV apps will be handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon Appstore (depending on your IOS).  




For shows that have been brought via On Air’s website, please email our friendly helpdesk team with the following information:  

  • Your registration email (so we can identify your account)  

  • The show you’d like to receive a refund for 

  • The reason you’re requesting a refund
