How do I update the On Air app?
- Open the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore
- Tap profile
- Locate On Air
- Click update
How do I reset my password?
- Tap "Forgot Password" on the Login screen
- Enter your email address
- Follow the email instructions
How can I request a refund?
Shows purchased via the apps will be handled by the Apple App store, Google Play Store or the Amazon Appstore (depending on your iOS).
