Did something go wrong or because of another reason you would like to receive a refund? Please follow the steps below to contact our lovely helpdesk team. If the reason for the refund is within the T&Cs of the event, they will be able to refund your purchase.


1. Go to our Helpdesk.

2. Raise a ticket here specifying the following information:

  • Your email (we need it to identify the account)
  • The show you would like to receive a refund for.
  • The reason you are requesting your refund.
