Troubleshooting AirPlay issues
AirPlay device not visible
- Make sure that your AirPlay enabled devices are turned on and near each other.
- Check that your AirPlay enabled devices are on the same WiFi network.
It sometimes helps to restart your devices if AirPlay does not work.
Some TVs that support AirPlay may not appear in the list of devices by default. Depending on the brand and operating system of your TV you may need to first set the TV's input to AirPlay. Your TV should then be listed in the available AirPlay devices.
1. Press the SOURCE / INPUT button () on the remote control of your TV.
2. In the list of TV inputs, select AirPlay.
Only sound with a black screen
Always use the AirPlay function that is visible in the bottom right corner of the player. When Screen Mirroring is used you may see a black screen and only hear sound. This is due to our content being protected against screen recordings and Screen Mirroring is seen as a screen recording.
