How to update the On Air app?

Step 1. Open App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2. Tap profile.

Step 3. Locate On Air.

Step 4. Tap update.

How to reset my password?

Step 1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the Login screen.

Step 2. Enter your email address.

Step 3. Follow the email instructions.

How to request a refund?

Shows that have been purchased via the apps will be handled by the Apple App store, Google Play store or the Amazon Appstore depending on your OS.
